Psychometric Testing 

Psychometric tests* are increasingly being used as part of the recruitment and selection process to pre-assess suitability for jobs. Tests may assess your ability or aptitude for the job or how you will fit with their preferred style of working. 

A test may also be useful in helping you to understand your preferences for certain types of jobs, or help to improve your self-awareness and enhance your understanding of how you might function effectively in your job of choice.   

Widely used types of tests are:

* If thought to be relevant in helping you to achieve your career goals,  a test may be recommended but it is not compulsory to complete one as part of your coaching session and it will not be automatically offered. These will be discussed and agreed according to your requirements. Separate charges for administering and interpreting the test will apply.
