What is a typical career session like?

Each session is unique! Just as each client is unique! 

We will start by reviewing your values, skills and interests and use these to set career objectives. The emphasis of each session is determined by you and is entirely focused on supporting you in meeting your career needs.

You will be expected to complete a questionnaire prior to the start of a session giving a summary of your career background to date. This information will provide the initial focus of the session to help with planning next steps. 

If you are thinking of career change then exploratory work on how you can use existing skills and knowledge in a different setting will be discussed. During each session, you will set the agenda for the career conversation and will be responsible for the outcomes.

All information disclosed will remain confidential. We strictly adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998 and do not share your information in any way whatsoever.
